How pricing works
Every job is different, so I don't post a rate card. Here's what you can count on instead.
A written quote beyond baseline work
Routine work — a fix, a call-out, an hour of troubleshooting — just gets done and billed for the time. Anything larger gets a written quote first, so you have the number before it starts.
Flat-rate or hourly
Defined projects get a flat price. Support and troubleshooting are billed hourly. I'll tell you which one works out cheaper for what you're asking for.
The first conversation is free
Working out what's actually wrong costs you nothing. We sort out what needs addressing, then talk about what it takes to fix it.
No contract unless one fits
Ongoing agreements only when we've both decided one suits the situation. Otherwise it's job by job, and you're not locked into anything.
